The Staff Manufacturing Engineer leads, develops, and oversees manufacturing processes based on design requirements. Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree or relevant experience in a technical field with minimum 12 years of experience or Masters degree in a technical field with minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Computer skills must include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Knowledge and experience with SPC techniques Working knowledge of GD&T as defined by ANSI/ASME Y14.5M-1994 Ability to interact and communicate effectively with external customers and all plant personnel Comfortable making presentations in front of peers and senior leadership Have an understanding and working knowledge of Lean/Agile Manufacturing U.S. citizenship Ability to obtain a USG Secret Clearance not needed for start This position falls under a Federal Explosives License issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) for this location. Candidates hired into this role will be required to complete and submit an Employee Possessor Questionnaire to ATF for approval to be a possessor. Preferred Requirements Experience with Surface Mount Technology(SMT) for Circuit Card Assembly(CCA) population of electrical components Experience in the manufacture of electrical and electromechanical assemblies. Experience using CAD/CAM software, AutoCAD, Mastercam, Solid Works or NX Primary Level Salary Range: $139,000.00 - $208,600.00
