ResponsibilitiesArchitect and develop embedded firmware components that execute real‑time power regulation, protection, and control algorithms (SST operation).Own embedded bootloader architecture, embedded security, and common platforms.Lead firmware for power electronics embedded systems, ensuring functional and performance requirements are met.Work closely with hardware teams to integrate firmware with new or existing hardware components.Collaborate with other engineers to solve complex problems, share knowledge, and ensure project milestones are met.Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and methodologies in embedded systems.QualificationsDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, etc. with 5+ years of professional experience or combined equivalent experience with evidence of exceptional ability.Proficiency in C or C++ for embedded systems.Understanding of low‑level programming and hardware interfacing.Experience with one or more IDEs and debugging tools.Experience with version control systems like Git.Knowledge of real‑time programming concepts and real‑time operating systems.Ability to write efficient code under resource constraints (memory, CPU).Experience with embedded system testing practices.Knowledge of digital and analog electronics.Ability to travel up to 20% including internationally.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bonus QualificationsExperience in the domain of energy.Open source projects to represent the contribution to the community.Build and infrastructure development for firmware projects.Building projects from scratch for startup environment.NoticeThis role requires working on‑site 5 days a week.
