Position Summary...
As a Staff Data Engineer, you will lead data-driven projects and platform initiatives while taking ownership of end-to-end technical delivery. You will serve as the technical expert for your team and work closely with product stakeholders and senior leadership to align on strategic priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role will play a critical part in transforming customer survey and feedback data into actionable business intelligence by building scalable data and AI platform capabilities that power intelligent automation, GenAI-powered experiences, and Agentic AI workflows across customer and business operations.
You will lead the development of next-generation Voice of Customer (VoC) solutions, including AI-powered VoC Agents that leverage structured and unstructured customer feedback to generate proactive insights, identify emerging trends, and enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. Operating at the intersection of large-scale distributed data platforms, near real-time intelligence, and AI-powered decision systems, you will help deliver advanced automation, intelligent insights, and enhanced customer experiences that drive impact across Walmart's ecosystem.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
