About the Role:
The Data Center Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise data center operations to ensure the reliability, efficiency, scalability, and security of business-critical infrastructure.
About You:
This role requires a minimum of 4 years of overall data center experience, including at least 2 years in a Data Center Administrator role, with hands-on responsibility in enterprise-scale environments. The Administrator supports server, storage, network, virtualization, and facility operations, ensures high availability and disaster recovery readiness, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and continuously improve operational performance.
Basic Qualifications:
The position is primarily scheduled for third shift
Hands-on experience with racking and stacking enterprise server hardware, storage platforms, and virtualization technologies
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall concepts
Experience using data center monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) and basic scripting or automation with PowerShell or Python
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills in production environments
Industry certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP are preferred

The pay range for this position is $63,900 to $91,800. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
