Job Details

The Opportunity
  • Support commercial real estate acquisitions, development projects, financings, leasing matters, and dispositions.
  • Lead or support title and survey review, diligence, issue identification, and resolution.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Coordinate transaction workstreams and deliver practical, responsive service to sophisticated clients.

Candidate Profile
  • At least eight years of broad commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting.
  • Deep knowledge of acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, dispositions, title, and survey matters.
  • Entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented approach, excellent communication, and strong project management.
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active, good-standing admission in the relevant jurisdiction
