Lake Region Healthcare in Fergus Falls is seeking a Staff Chaplain to assist our Spiritual Care team in providing care for patients, their loved ones, and staff. Reporting to the Manager of Spiritual Care, this role provides spiritual care in inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings at our hospital, cancer center, and assisted living facilities. The chaplain will serve as a liaison to local faith communities and coordinate Advanced Care Planning initiatives with community and regional agencies.

Hours/Shifts
64 hours biweekly, occasional on‐call duty for evenings/weekends/monthly as scheduled.
Compensation
Hourly wage range: $27.14-$31.64. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
