We are looking for a Staff Auditor to join our Finance team in the Atlanta Office . This is a full-time, in-person position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and perform operational and financial audits across various business functions.
  • Test and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Analyze contracts and verify subcontractor compliance with company standards.
  • Document audit findings and communicate results clearly to management.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements and risk mitigation strategies during audits.
  • Ability to communicate with Project Teams across the country while managing multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.

Qualifications

Required:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a “team first” mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel monthly to Project Job Sites for audit assignments.

Preferred:

  • Internship or prior experience in a finance or an accounting environment.
  • Familiarity with internal control frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for contract and financial review.
