The attorney negotiates resolutions with clients, opposing parties, and attorneys, and represents students in litigation before local courts in accordance with program guidelines.The attorney provides input to the Director on policy-making and interpretation related to the primary areas of responsibility and the program as a whole, develops and presents legal educational opportunities and outreach programs, offers notary services, performs limited clerical duties, and actively participates in division-wide initiatives. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, with occasional after‑hours events such as presentations.Salary$70,000 to $72,000 per year.Required QualificationsJ.D. or LL.B. from an ABA‑accredited law school.
