The company's revenue reached approximately $1.5 billion. We are currently seeking a Staff Attorney to join our team. This role to provide in-house legal support to all business units, with a focus on contract review and drafting, resolving business issues through direct collaboration with internal teams, supporting HR disputes and internal investigations, and managing assigned matters with strong ownership, timeliness, and accountability. The role requires regular in-office attendance and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.Provide day-to-day in-house legal support to business teams across the U.SReview, draft, and revise commercial contracts, addenda, amendments, and other legal documentsMeet with business teams to discuss open issues, answer questions, identify risks, and help resolve drafting or business concernsTake ownership of assigned matters and drive them to completion with minimal supervisionManage deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and communicate promptly regarding status, risks, and delaysLead or support HR disputes, employee relations matters, and internal investigations, including fact gathering, stakeholder coordination, and preparation of summaries or recommendationsSupport SEC reporting and filing obligations, including preparation, review, coordination, and timely submission of required disclosures and related materialsSupport legal issues arising in the ordinary course of business, including claims, disputes, and other operational mattersMaintain organized records and ensure legal work products are accurate, clear, and completeCollaborate with cross-functional teams and outside counsel as needed, while remaining accountable for timely follow-up and executionPerform other legal duties assigned to support the businessQualifications J.D. / Law degreeLicensed to practice law in CaliforniaAt least 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department; preferably with U.S. public company experienceExperience providing in-house legal support, contract review and drafting, employee relations support, and internal investigation assistanceExperience in preparing and reviewing corporate governance documents such as board resolutions, incorporation documents, articles and bylawsStrong judgment, drafting, and issue-spotting skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality workStrong communication and relationship-management skillsBilingual in English and Chinese language skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
