Responsibilities/Duties:
Financial Records and Reporting:
Scrutinize accounting records, financial statements, and reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards
Review transactional activity, ensuring accurate coding and maintaining financial reporting integrity
Prepare documentation for annual external audits
General Ledger Management:
Prepare precise general ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the integrity of our financial data
Navigate complex workflows to ensure accurate General Ledger entries
Assist with month-end close processes by reconciling and analyzing general ledger accounts
Tax Compliance:
Conduct meticulous sales and use tax analysis, ensuring timely compliance through our tax software
Manage annual property tax filings efficiently
Additional Contributions:
Contribute to other initiatives beneficial to IDI
