What You'll Be Doing:

• Own the cost accounting process — track, analyze, and explain variances
• Prep clear, actionable financial reports and forecasts
• Reconcile inventory and product line balance sheets
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and help spot opportunities for savings
• Support audits and compliance (but without drowning in red tape)

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related
• 1–3 years of cost or manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills and experience with tools like SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Detail-focused but still able to see the bigger picture
• Someone who can explain numbers to non-finance folks

Extra Credit For:

• CPA or CMA
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS
