We have an experienced team of staff, managers, and partners who are dedicated to your success through the various services we provide, including audit, tax preparation, business growth forecasting, municipal project management, or meeting compliance obligations.Based in Indianapolis, we have a deep understanding of audit requirements, federal and state taxes, Indiana political subdivisions, local economies, and regulatory structure.Principal Functions The Staff Accountant is responsible for preparing, overseeing, and assisting the staff in the preparation of various reports and / or documents associated with the preparation of any attest engagements as defined by the AICPA, corporate and individual income tax returns, and any other financial matters that arise.Duties include, but are not limited to the following Knows and understands the firm's policies and proceduresEffectively executes audit and non-audit engagementsManages client projects without supervisionResponds to client inquiries as necessaryPrepares reports related to municipal debt and economic development as necessaryStructures debt financing for municipal clients as necessaryQualifications The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty according to firm requirements.
