DMV-USA is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our Finance team! This position is responsible for supporting the company's accounting operations through general ledger activities, cost analysis, accountreconciliations, and financial reporting. The Staff Accountant will also support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions to ensure continuity of operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

** Essential Responsibilities**

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Match purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure proper accounting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory transactions, and production variances.
• Support budgeting and financial reporting processes.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Prepare various financial reports and analyses for management.
• Serve as backup support for Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen internal controls.
• Perform other accounting and finance duties as assigned.

** Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ** 2–10 years of progressive accounting experience** required.
• Manufacturing accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with cost accounting and inventory transactions is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

** Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
• Experience with month-end close in a manufacturing environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify and resolve opportunities!
