Will work independently and with teams in both accounting and operational.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Invoice feed sales on a daily basis.
- Reconcile daily grain settlements for payment.
- Collect credit information to set up new customers.
- Work with Corporate accounting to maintain current customer credit files.
- Assist with ethanol railcar billing release.
- Monitors accounts receivable aging report for past due accounts and follows up with customer on late accounts.
- Prepare any miscellaneous invoices.
- Provide support for the annual RIN audit.
- Performs as a backup when logistics analyst is out of the office.
- Support accounting department and Ethanol division by performing other projects as needed.
- Assist with coordinating prevailing wage requirements both internally and externally.
- Must be able to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
