Staff Accountant
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant:
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3–5 years of accounting experience (construction or building industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with accounting software (Accumatica is a plus)
