A reputable organization in the Triad area is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team within a fast-faced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end close
Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
Assist with financial reporting and audit support
Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations
Qualifications:
2-3 years of accounting experience
Strong general ledger experience required
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
