A reputable organization in the Triad area is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team within a fast-faced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end close

  • Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy

  • Analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed

  • Assist with financial reporting and audit support

  • Utilize Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience

  • Strong general ledger experience required

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
