What You'll Do

• 
  
• Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• 
  
• Analyze financial data and investigate account variances
• 
  
• Support project accounting and job cost reporting
• 
  
• Process fixed assets and maintain depreciation schedules
• 
  
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• 
  
• Prepare supporting schedules for audits and tax filings
• 
  
• Help improve accounting processes and internal controls
• 
  
• Collaborate with operations and project management teams on financial reporting
• 
  
• Perform other accounting and finance projects as needed
• 
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• 1-4 years of accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• 
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• 
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• 
  
• Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
•
