Staff Accountant

A growing, privately held company with a collaborative, fast-paced culture is seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to support general ledger activities and month-end close. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning reconciliations, maintaining clean financials, and contributing to an efficient close process.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of accounting experience
• Strong general ledger experience
• Hands-on month-end close and balance sheet reconciliation experience
• ERP system experience required (NetSuite is a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, reconciliations)
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
