Our well-established CPA firm client has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant/Bookkeeper with at least three years of experience handling clients bookkeeping and helping with tax preparation.
Duties:
Bookkeeping for 20 or more clients using QuickBooks
Processing client payroll and filing payroll taxes
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing and filing client sales & use taxes
Prepare client 1040, 1065 and 1120 tax returns for review by CPA
Requirements:
Must have at least three years of experience working for a CPA/Accounting firm
Must have QuickBooks experience
