Description
This role involves managing accounts receivable processing and revenue reporting in a dynamic environment. 
Based in Atlanta, GA, this full-time position requires proficiency in common accounting software and the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Process and apply all incoming cash receipts to customer accounts and invoices accurately.
Assist with preparing and sending customer invoices for various revenue streams.
Monitor the AR inbox and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
Perform initial follow-up on delinquent accounts to support collections efforts.
Maintain and organize AR documentation, including contracts and invoices.

Qualifications
0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
Familiarity with basic Accounts Receivable processes.
Strong skills in spreadsheet software.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
