Job DescriptionThe AWS AI Partner GTM team supports the world's most innovative partners—from breakthrough startups to large language model providers and global tech giants—to envision and build the future of autonomous AI systems. The Senior WW Partner GTM Specialist for Agentic AI, ISV GTM will be the driving force behind AWS's partner strategy for joint go-to-market with ISVs. Your strategies will shape how businesses evolve in the age of AI agents, influence product directions at AWS, and help partners transform their business models for the AI era.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with AWS GenAI partners to envision and implement agent-based solutions that deliver exceptional customer value.Drive strategic initiatives to accelerate Agentic AI adoption with a core set of strategic partners.Develop and execute comprehensive partner strategies that scale agent-based solutions and use cases.Provide thought leadership on how Agentic AI transforms partner business models and creates new opportunities.Build and manage programs for partner enablement, certification, and funding focused on agent technologies.Analyze market trends and gather partner/customer feedback to inform AWS's Agentic AI strategy.Create scalable frameworks that enable partners to successfully build and deploy agent-based solutions.Collaborate with AWS service teams to align partner requirements with product development.Lead the development of partner-ready go‑to‑market content, resources, and activities.Basic Qualifications5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, analytics, database and/or storage.Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.Experience selling enterprise software or cloud‑based applications.Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences.Preferred QualificationsExperience interpreting data and making business recommendations.Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.EEO StatementAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.CompensationSalary range: $162,700.00 – $220,200.00 USD annually (varies by location).
