About the Role:

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator, you will be instrumental in delivering a world-class customer service experience to both employees and guests within a designated building. This pivotal role within the Workplace Experience function focuses on creating a welcoming, efficient, and productive environment for all occupants.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, providing a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage front desk operations, including issuing visitor and parking passes, adhering to security protocols, and escorting visitors to their appropriate destinations.
  • Make a memorable first impression by answering telephones professionally.
  • Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities as requested.
  • Oversee janitorial and maintenance work orders, addressing issues with vendors or staff as needed to ensure smooth operations.
  • Promptly escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers to the appropriate channels.
  • Provide comprehensive team support, which includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and ensuring equipment care.
  • Create customized client materials, ensuring strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Enforce property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying relevant parties to guarantee the safety and well-being of all building occupants.
  • Proactively identify and resolve typical and atypical problems within your scope of work without requiring supervisory approval.
  • Evaluate situations and select appropriate solutions from established options.
  • Coordinate event setup and catering, collaborating with vendors, managing room configurations, controlling inventory, restocking supplies, and providing building access.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including wiping down desks and managing trash disposal.
  • Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided.
  • Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
  • An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
  • Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
  • Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

The minimum salary for the Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $72,000 annually [or $34.62 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
