Position Specific Description

The Sr Workforce Planning Consultant under the supervision of the Manager, Workforce Planning, will be responsible for the following.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports related to contractor workforce metrics.
  • Analyze contractor headcount, spend, tenure, bill rates, supplier performance, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Provide trend analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support workforce planning.

Program Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor program KPIs such as fill rates, cycle times, compliance rates, and attrition.
  • Support supplier scorecard development and performance analysis.
  • Conduct spend analysis across departments, suppliers, and job categories.
  • Evaluate rate benchmarking and market competitiveness.

Data Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews related to contractor tenure, classification, and policy adherence.
  • Maintain documentation of data definitions and reporting standards.

Job Overview

Employees in this job develop short and long range strategic plans for effective recruitment, placement, and development of employees. This role works with operational personnel to establish and maintain effective workforce planning initiatives for the organizations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs detailed statistical analyses regarding the Companys workforce including linear and logical regressions to forecast attrition and retirements and general workforce needs
  • Works with operational personnel to establish and maintain workforce planning initiatives for the organization
  • Defines, monitors, and reports workforce planning metrics
  • Consults and provides direction to business leaders in the area of workforce planning best practices
  • Conducts research and analysis to support workforce forecasting and analytics
  • Translates business unit needs into a comprehensive project plan which ensures successful implementation of workforce planning
  • Creates and deploys standardized reports including the formulation of strategic planning
  • Develops documentation and support materials and keep abreast of new tools and processes
  • Participates or leads one or more workforce planning related projects
  • Serves as a mentor to lower level compensation consultants
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelors or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 5+ years

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors - Business Administration
