Role: Sr. UI ReactJS Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior ReactJS Technical resource having 8+ years of professional experience in UI development for design and development of scalable, high quality web applications. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, strong experience with testing and CI/CD, and the ability to guide teams through best practices, code quality, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and architecture of ReactJS-based web applications
  • Design reusable, performant, and maintainable UI components
  • Enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and design patterns
  • Perform code reviews and mentor frontend developers
  • Collaborate with backend, DevOps, QA, and product teams
  • Ensure quality through unit/component testing
  • Own frontend CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
  • Track work, manage sprint activities, and document solutions using JIRA and Confluence
  • Generate code quickly using AI/ML tools/Copilot

Mandatory Skills

Frontend & Language Skills

  • ReactJS (functional components, hooks, lifecycle, performance optimization)
  • TypeScript (strong typing, interfaces, generics, scalable type design)
  • JavaScript (ES6+) (async/await, promises, browser fundamentals)

  • VI Test / Unit and Component Testing
  • Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

CI/CD & Version Control

  • GitLab (source control, branching strategies, merge requests)
  • Harness (CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments)

Caching & Performance

  • Redis (caching concepts and performance optimization awareness)

Collaboration & Delivery
