Senior Testing Analyst (Remote – U.S.)

eking a Senior Testing Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts for enterprise applications supporting mission-critical initiatives. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, mentor fellow testers, and help drive software excellence from design through deployment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead manual and automated testing for new applications, enhancements, and software upgrades.

  • Must have Salesforce experience

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks.

  • Expand automated test coverage for web applications and APIs.

  • Perform functional, regression, system, integration, load, and user acceptance testing.

  • Analyze performance testing results and coordinate defect resolution.

  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams in an Agile environment.

  • Establish QA standards, improve testing methodologies, and mentor junior team members.

  • Partner with third-party vendors to validate application functionality and performance.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of software testing/QA experience.

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Katalon, TOSCA, or Selenium.

  • Experience using JIRA, Xray, or ALM for test management.

  • Knowledge of Agile development, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), ETL testing, SQL, and API testing.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a favorable DoD background investigation.

Preferred

  • 7+ years of QA experience.

  • Healthcare industry experience.

  • Enterprise test strategy development.

  • AngularJS and/or Java experience.
