eking a Senior Testing Analyst to lead quality assurance efforts for enterprise applications supporting mission-critical initiatives. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, mentor fellow testers, and help drive software excellence from design through deployment.
What You'll Do
Lead manual and automated testing for new applications, enhancements, and software upgrades.
Must have Salesforce experience
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks.
Expand automated test coverage for web applications and APIs.
Perform functional, regression, system, integration, load, and user acceptance testing.
Analyze performance testing results and coordinate defect resolution.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams in an Agile environment.
Establish QA standards, improve testing methodologies, and mentor junior team members.
Partner with third-party vendors to validate application functionality and performance.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of software testing/QA experience.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Katalon, TOSCA, or Selenium.
Experience using JIRA, Xray, or ALM for test management.
Knowledge of Agile development, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), ETL testing, SQL, and API testing.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a favorable DoD background investigation.
Preferred
7+ years of QA experience.
Healthcare industry experience.
Enterprise test strategy development.
AngularJS and/or Java experience.
