Seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent across engineering, software, data, and infrastructure teams.
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment process, and build strong candidate pipelines. Conduct assessments, provide market insights, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements include 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in startups or in-house roles, success hiring for technical positions, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach.
