As a Sr. Product Manager supporting Talent Acquisition, you will own and evolve critical TA platforms like iCIMS and will bring deep HR technology and process expertise to define, implement, and continuously enhance solutions that improve both candidate and employee experiences. In this role, you lead with empathy for the user and a strong understanding of their needs. You are comfortable guiding business and technology teams to look into the future state of HR Technology, translating business needs into clear functional requirements, defining and applying agile product principles, and collaborating closely with partners across HR, IT, and the business. You also take a holistic view of the end-to-end employee experience and play a key role in shaping what we deliver and why.

Key Outcomes

  • Partnering with business and IT to evaluate how best to use Talent Acquisition technology to meet evolving business requirements and deliver the best digital employee experience.
  • Doing market research to evaluate capabilities of the various Talent Acquisition products and solutions and providing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Facilitating and managing the delivery of HR technology projects and programs.
  • Working with business groups and users to understand, refine, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Gathering functional requirements and translating those into documented user stories, refining and maintaining the product backlog, and serving as the liaison between business teams and the development team.
  • Developing and owning the product roadmap, assessing new features, making recommendations, stakeholder management, and driving new feature adoption.
  • Driving effective outcomes by aligning business goals with HR technology capabilities.
  • Developing and supporting user acceptance testing for feature, user story and functional delivery.
  • Supporting ongoing process improvement activities to bring greater efficiency to HR technology processes.
  • Developing training materials and imparting information through a train-the-trainer approach.
  • Maintaining an unwavering focus on the employee and candidate experience and needs, the reasons why the product was created and how its being used, whether its the right product and how it can be improved upon.
  • Managing user group/product communities (members, connections, interdependencies, success measures).

Please Note: This is an in-office role, requiring on site presence at our headquarters in Westlake, TX office (DFW area) a minimum of four days per week with the flexibility of working remotely one day per week.

What you have

To ensure we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo", this role has specific qualifications candidates should have for success:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience working with multiple talent acquisition platforms like iCIMS, Workday, Greenhouse, etc. as a product leader or manager.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience driving technical solutions and system configurations to solve business problems in talent acquisition product space.
  • Bachelors degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR product owner experience including ATS, contingent workforce, and talent management functional knowledge
  • Ability to establish and maintain configuration item control procedures in iCIMS/Workday
  • Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and technology
  • Experience influencing and managing cross functional work streams to deliver on projects
  • Experience building trust with senior leaders and driving decision making through a consensus-based approach
  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs, and translating them into user stories
  • Knowledge and experience with agile and scrum methodology
  • A strong service ethos, coupled with an orientation to using data and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Experience balancing multiple projects and priorities in a highly dynamic, rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to continuously innovate to achieve great results
