Technical Lead Project Manager (Data & Business Analysis)

Overview / Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Lead Project Manager. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, data domain knowledge, and business analysis skills to ensure the successful implementation of data technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define technical vision, make architectural decisions, and select appropriate technologies
  • Lead and mentor development teams to foster technical excellence
  • Ensure code quality, assist in setting up CI/CD, manage technical risks, and troubleshoot issues while contributing to development
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
  • Implement coding standards, best practices, and improve development workflows
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify improvement and automation opportunities
  • Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment with development teams
  • Perform impact assessments and feasibility studies considering cost, resources, and technical constraints
  • Provide expertise on data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through innovative solutions
  • Collect client feedback to improve processes, products, and services
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in software development and architecture
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven problem-solving ability to address complex technical challenges
  • Demonstrated project management experience managing timelines and deliverables
  • Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
  • Familiarity with data technology trends, best practices, and industry standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
