Strategy & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Risk, and Operations to align on roadmap and priorities

- Represent engineering in leadership forums and cross-enterprise initiatives
Architecture & Modernization Alignment
- Support transition to modern, scalable architectures (cloud, APIs, orchestration layers)
- Enable decoupled, resilient system design aligned with NextGen Move Money platform goals
- Partner with architects to drive API-first, event-driven, and cloud-native approaches
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements
