    The Science Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring a "Senior Recruiter/Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist" for a top leading biotechnology organization.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions
    • Partner with hiring leaders to manage full-cycle recruitment
    • Utilize Workday, LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS platforms, and job boards to identify top talent
    • Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis
    • Share talent market insights and recruiting trends with stakeholders
    • Support workforce planning and other recruitment initiatives as needed

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
    • Experience recruiting senior-level managers and directors
    • Proficiency with Workday ATS and recruiting technologies
    • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and collaboration skills
    • Experience with recruiting analytics, talent market research, and multi-functional hiring
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

    Preferred Skills:
    • Recruiting data analytics and reporting
    • Strategic sourcing and talent mapping
    • Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities

    Additional Information:
    • Pay: $30–$35/hour (W2, based on experience)
    • Contract: 6 months with potential extension
    • Location: Maplewood, MN 55144
