Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to attract and secure top talent, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment for hard-to-fill and high-impact roles across the organization, including Evergreen Holdings Corporation(as needed), utilizing a high-touch approach and strong relationship management with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Technology Utilization: Leverage modern recruiting tools and technologies, including AI and applicant tracking systems, to streamline recruitment processes and enhance efficiency. First line support for troubleshooting with Talent Acquisition team.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and representing the company’s brand effectively throughout the recruitment process.
- Talent Sourcing Initiatives: Lead sourcing efforts by building and maintaining relationships with academic institutions, talent agencies and industry networks, participating in career fairs, and developing proactive talent pipelines for critical and future business needs.
- Data-Driven Improvements: Utilize data and analytics to assess recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive process enhancements that support efficient and effective hiring.
- Collaboration and Partnership: Work in partnership with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition team, and Hiring Managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative recruitment process.
- Leadership Partnership: Maintain open lines of communication with company leadership and cross-functional leaders, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges to foster transparency and trust.
- Project Management: Balance multiple recruitment projects, ensuring high standards of candidate experience and timely delivery, while adapting to changing business needs and priorities.
- Recruitment Marketing: Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, industry events, employee storytelling, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing experience, with a focus on specialist roles demanding specific backgrounds, technical expertise, and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in construction Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel and able to learn new technology and programs including applicant tracking, onboarding, or other human resources information systems.
- Understanding of employment-related, state and federal laws, regulations, and forms, including AAP, EEO, and other recruitment-related best practices.
- Workday experience preferred.

- Operates in a professional office environment, routinely using standard office equipment.
- Frequently required to sit, with occasional need to kneel, reach, stoop, crouch, or crawl.

- May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.

Pay Range:
$92,160.00 - $117,760.00
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
