Sr Supply Chain Analyst
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Sr Supply Chain Analyst located in Austin, TX.
Reporting to the Sr Supply Chain Manager, the Sr Supply Chain Analyst will be in charge of directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products. Customer face and strategic.
What a typical day looks like:
- Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.
- Checks materials related to data research.
- Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals.
- Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
- Interacts regularly with executives, customers and vendors.
- Drives supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive.
- Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Strong experience in supplier collaboration, price negotiation, and cost control, including Costed BOM (Cost BOM) ownership.
- Proficient in ERP systems with advanced Excel and data analysis skills to support supply chain decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly present data, risks, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
