Sr Supplier Quality Engineer

As a Sr Supplier Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our suppliers meet Honeywell''s stringent quality standards and contribute to the overall excellence of our supply chain. You will be responsible for driving supplier quality improvement initiatives, conducting audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues effectively.

You will work out of our Northford, CT location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the quality and reliability of components supplied to Honeywell, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence and supporting continuous improvement efforts that enhance supplier performance and compliance.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering practices and methodologies, including supplier audits and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in driving supplier performance improvement initiatives and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience with quality metrics monitoring and cross-functional collaboration to resolve supplier quality issues.
• Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulatory requirements applicable to supplier quality.

• Experience leading supplier quality improvement projects and driving continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies or certification.
