Your role at Baxter Lead and manage Training facilitator(s) and Quality Auditor(s) and/or efforts across one or more countries and business segments. Responsible for overseeing the development, delivery, and evaluation of customer service training and quality programs, ensuring the quality of these programs meets regulatory and industry standards.What you'll bring Lead and manage training facilitators and quality auditors(s) supporting multiple business segments and countriesProvide coaching and feedback to training facilitators and quality auditorsConduct regular observations of training sessions and quality audits to ensure compliance with training and quality standardsOversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of the training and quality programs to meet the needs of our employees and customersDevelop and manage the department's budget, track and monitor expensesCreate and deliver engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resourcesCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.Review and approve training and quality evaluation materials.Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of programsAnalyze data and provide recommendations for improving training programsWhat you'll bring Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent training experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Training and Development, with a focus on adult learningMinimum 3 years of experience in customer service quality and auditingWorking budget and P&L financial acumenStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in a customer-facing roleCertified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Training Professional (CTP) certification preferredCertified Quality Auditor or Certified Internal AuditorExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to design and deliver training programs using various modalities, including on-site and virtual trainingKnowledge of the healthcare industryBilingual or multilingual skillsWe understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $76,000-$104,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
