Responsibilities will include all field related accounting, analysis, and support. This role will report to the Controller of North America NA Commercial HVAC.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, train, develop and retain a diverse accounting teamCoordinate and manage the month end closing processesPrepare and review monthly journal entriesReview all account reconciliationsProvide accounting support to internal customers (Finance, Sales, Operations, Et al.)Maintain accounting standard work documentationPerform Rental Asset costing and capitalizationPrepare balance sheet fluctuation analysisProvide inputs into sales incentive payment calculations and manage accruals/reservesPrepare ERP Trial Balance for HFM submission and manage all supplemental dataEnsure there is a strong internal controls environmentAd-hoc projects as needed by Controller of NA Commercial HVAC and HQ managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree3+ years accounting experiencePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingLeadership or management experienceCPA or CMA preferred, but not required5+ years' experience in Financial AccountingPrior supervisory experienceDemonstrated knowledge and application of accounting principles and internal control proceduresStrong PC skills including Microsoft Excel, ERP Applications, SAP, and HFMStrong communication skills with the ability to present recommendations effectively to management in both written form and orallyAdaptable/Self starterAttention to detail and delivering a quality work product on timeAbility to work cross‑functionally to solve business process issuesExperience with Infor M3 (Lawson) a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
