Position Summary:
The Controls Engineer (Junior-Mid Level) supports the design, implementation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of automated control systems in a dynamic operational environment. This role leverages hands-on experience with PLCs, sensors, HMIs, and electromechanical equipment to ensure system reliability and performance, while proactively identifying and resolving technical issues on the production floor. The engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and operations, to optimize system functionality, minimize downtime, and support new automation initiatives. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and a continuous improvement mindset, offering an opportunity to develop expertise in industrial automation and controls.
