Job Duties: Analyze and troubleshoot the existing software issues for a high-quality build and release of the software workflows and incorporate feedback to product development. Confer with customers/development teams to apply new technologies and feature enhancements to ensure client''s standards are met. Reserve, reclaim, and manage data for better analysis, perform frequent enhancements, optimize existing software for best performance, or upgrade interfaces. Analyze client needs and software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within time, cost constraints, and best toolset using Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. Participate in on-call support regularly to assist the organization''s production releases (In-active and Active deployments). Meetups with the performance team to characterize the application to adapt to new cloud/hardware and improve its performance. Compose clear documentation in Confluence on project workflows, status reports, proposals, and feature enhancements. Identify any bugs or major issues within the organization''s tools and report to vendors or internal resources for an immediate fix.

What you have

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor''s or Master''s in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field and 60 months of progressive, post-Bachelor's experience (60 months w/ Bachelor's or 36 months w/ Master's) in a related occupation. . Experience must include 36 months experience in each of the following skills : CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Workflows; Cloud experience, especially Cloud Foundry and Google Cloud Platform; Feature management platforms (e.g., LaunchDarkly) including SDK integration and relay proxy configuration; Server-side language such as .NET/C#, Java; Configuration Management (e.g., SALT); Containers (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes); Scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash); and Observability and monitoring tools like Splunk and ThousandEyes.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
