ZoomInfo Technologies, LLC seeks Sr. Specialist, People Technology in Vancouver, WA.
• Work on Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and Advanced Reporting.
• Maintain Workday payroll configurations and support.
• Lead People Technology projects, including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training, and change management.
• Ensure global alignment across all functional areas for People Tech projects and enhancements
• Challenge and redesign current processes and operating procedures to optimize and streamline for efficiency and automation.
• Support People System upgrades and enhancements to include prioritization, functional design, documentation, testing, training, implementation, and support model design.
• Ensure the integrity of People Systems, primarily but not limited to Workday.
• Partner with the stakeholders to develop test strategies, test scenarios/scripts, and execute systems/E2E testing in preparation for user acceptance testing.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, followed by 7 years of progressively responsible, post baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, or in an IT Consulting-related occupation. Employer will accept:
1. 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting People Technology systems in at least one of the following: Workday, SAP R/3 or ECC, or Oracle HCM.
2. 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Payroll processes in Workday or SAP.
3. 5 years of experience in creating, testing, and executing data integrations and mass data updates using EIB templates.
4. 5 years of experience in building and maintaining custom reports, calculated fields, advanced reports, report writer and Dashboards in Workday, SAP BO and Power BI.
5. 4 years of experience in implementing and supporting Recruiting processes including optimization of candidate management, requisition workflows and offer management
