Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking principles, including QOS, WAN, L2/L3 technologies, dynamic routing, and redundancy protocols
Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and procedures
Experienced in network automation using Python, Ansible, or other automation tools
Experience identifying system requirements while interfacing with internal and external customers
In depth knowledge of Cisco ISR G2's and classic IOS, as well as, Cisco ISR 4K's and IOS-XE
In depth knowledge of Cisco FMC & FTD firewall platforms
Professional certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are a plus
Knowledge of programming technologies, including VBA and C#
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Knowledge of Information Systems Security and Information Assurance (i.e. DISA STIGs, IAVAs, CVE, Nessus)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent project tasks and prioritize them appropriately
Has clear & concise ability to communicate issues in a less technical sense to management and business
Demonstrate leadership skills which include customer focus, change management, teamwork, diversity, and integrity
Self-motivated team player, able to set priorities and manage to deadlines
Excellent trouble-shooting, communication and customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to proactively resolve problems
