Responsible for designing and authoring the APM System Software Quality Assurance Plan for the client project, ensuring alignment with IEEE 730 and other transit industry standards; create and maintain comprehensive QA documentation including test cases, test procedures, and requirements traceability matrices tailored to rail transit system integration; develop and maintain the APM System Software Documentation Plan, ensuring full compliance with LAWA contractual requirements; interpret and execute detailed system-level test procedures involving SCADA and UPS monitoring subsystems; perform field testing of SCADA systems integrated with SEL protective relays, RTUs, and RTACs, validating alarms and indicators across HMI terminals; utilize Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 Logix Designer, Ladder Diagram, SQL, Ignition Vision Client HMI, ModSim, and ModScan to perform duties; verify communication between SCADA RTACs and field devices, ensuring network redundancy and seamless subsystem control; collaborate with teams testing Access Control, CCTV, Public Address, Networks, Wi-Fi, and Telephony systems under the client APM scope; capture and log test results, identify software/hardware issues, and document resolutions; simulate alarm conditions to validate SCADA HMI alarm logic; review vendor test plans to confirm readiness and alignment with project specifications; and lead client verification walkthroughs and defect triage during system testing.
