    What to Expect

    The Sr. Servicing & Loyalty Strategy Associate is responsible for developing and managing servicing data, generating performance reports, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision making and enhance the customer experience. This role involves working with data from multiple sources, including enterprise data warehouses to produce metrics that track progress against business goals and objectives. A key aspect of the role is identifying potential issues and delivering data-driven recommendations. The Sr. Associate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and operations teams to identify opportunities for data pipeline optimization or automation

    What You Will Do

    1. Data and Reporting Development and Maintenance

    • Manage data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes across servicing platforms and enterprise data warehouses.

    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems and perform routine data validation and reconciliation to detect anomalies or reporting errors.

    • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that track servicing KPIs, customer feedback trends, and operational performance.

    • Work with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Python, or equivalent) to develop interactive and automated reporting solutions.

    2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall operational performance to identify risks, gaps, or inefficiencies.

    • Raise and escalate concerns to relevant teams when performance issues are detected.

    • Collaborate with operational teams to analyze performance data, identify root causes, and support improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    3. System Enhancement & Collaboration

    • Work with IT, CDO, and data engineering teams to identify opportunities for data pipeline optimization or automation.

    • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for any system changes affecting servicing data or performance reporting.

    4. Small-Scale Projects Management

    • Take ownership of small projects or workstreams from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

    • Facilitate regular project meeting, document minutes, and track action items to maintain momentum.

    • Ensure clear and consistent communication with the project leader or sponsor, as well as cross-functional teams.

    Qualifications

    What You Will Bring

    • Minimum 4-6 years related work experience in data analytics, including SQL and Tableau development. Experience in root cause analysis, database development, and reporting.
