About The Role
Sr Service Support Specialists work with their assigned account portfolio to manage day-to-day priorities, solve client issues received by the team, ensure relationships are positive, work with the client to renew their services annually and partner with sales to ensure opportunity leads and issues are addressed timely. Responds to customer issues and requests; escalates key issues to senior management.
