Location: Remote (Must reside in MI, IN, IL, KY, OH, or WI)

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master (CSM or Agile certification preferred)

• Experience serving as a Delivery Lead for custom software development teams

• Prior hands-on experience as a Software Developer (strongly preferred)

• Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and high-performing development teams

• Strong understanding of SAFe/Scaled Agile methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Retail or in-store technology experience

• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects

• Knowledge of software release management and deployment processes

• Strong project planning, estimation, and risk management skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery teams and ensure successful project execution

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives

• Track team progress, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement

• Manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, and project status reporting

• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to deliver high-quality software

• Support release planning and production deployments

• Ensure adherence to Scrum and SAFe best practices

• Balance business priorities with technical requirements and team capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience with project financial controls, estimation, and resource planning

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional software development teams

Preferred Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

• SAFe Certification or other Agile certifications
