Our client, a Global Medical Device Manufacturer, has an immediate opening for a Sales Support Specialist for a 3-month+ contract opportunity. Covering email inboxes, Webops system, Sales Representative Support and phone line.  Advanced Support role and requires great comprehensive thinking skills. 
 
HOURS ARE 8:00am to 5pm or 9:00am to 6pm ET.  30 minute lunch. Working hours are EST. 

 

Position Description and Responsibilities

 

  • This role will be for the sales support team, internal Rep assistance
  • Covers Sales Rep support phone line 
  • Handles from line requests in a Sales Support queue, ensuring any requests outside responsibilities are then re-assigned to the correct team's request queue. 
  • Assists with Field Inventory Management System (FIMS) trouble shooting and/or questions from sales reps. 
  • Maintains FIMS AIF, ensuring consignment orders will not remain stuck. 
  • Can also act as an SME for FIMS AIF for projects/enhancements to the system. 
  • All around partner to Sales Reps assisting their day to day needs
