This position will include but will not be limited to daily safety audits, development of site specific safety plans, conducting safety meetings and training, OSHA compliance inspections, job hazard analysis, incident response, and working with general contractors safety personnel to ensure Chamberlins compliance with site specific safety requirements.
This position reports to the Safety Director and will be primarily field based.
Bilingual - able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
Must have a valid drivers license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Average or above computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
OSHA 500 Certification Preferred.
Bachelors degree in occupational safety and health or in a safety-related field or 1-3 years of experience in construction safety management role.
Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
Candidate must have good organizational skills.
Possess all Safety Coordinator II skills and requirements.
At least 5 years of safety experience and a proven ability to lead and set the right example.
Fluent bilingual - able to read, write, and speak publicly Spanish and English.
Able to follow directions and guidance from Safety Dept. management.
Able to take on multiple assignments and see to completion with minimal guidance.
