Role Overview
As Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, you'll own the strategic RevOps framework across the full revenue funnel, from marketing demand generation through sales execution to customer success, ensuring a seamless experience from first touch through upsell. You'll own analytics, systems administration (HubSpot, Gong), and sales enablement. This role requires someone who has run RevOps as the RevOps person at their company (not just a member of a larger team), comfortable operating in a scrappy startup environment with ~$100K average deal sizes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the RevOps framework aligning marketing, sales, and customer success from first touch through renewal/upsell
- Support accurate revenue forecasting through pipeline analysis, opportunity tracking, and CRM hygiene Identify and implement initiatives to improve conversion across the demand-to-close funnel
- Partner with sales leadership to build enablement tools, training, playbooks, and workflows
- Own and optimize HubSpot (CRM) and Gong for data accuracy, automation, and team adoption
- Design and manage dashboards/reporting to track KPIs, pipeline metrics, and revenue performance
- Build quota, territory, and comp frameworks in partnership with leadership
- Collaborate with sales leadership on deal strategy for high-value opportunities
- Run management processes and QBRs Maintain data governance and integrity across revenue systems
Non-Negotiables
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related role in B2B SaaS (cybersecurity/DevOps preferred)
- Has owned/run the RevOps function solo at a company, not just supported it as part of a larger team
- CRM administrator experience (HubSpot; Salesforce a plus)
- Proven upward career trajectory with ~18-month+ tenures Experience managing AEs Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; BI tool experience a plus
- Demonstrated experience building comp structures, territory plans, and sales enablement programs
- Data-driven and process-driven approach to the role
Compensation & Benefits
Base: $140,000 - $150,000 (flexible for the right person) + equity
