    Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) is seeking a Sr. Reliability Engineer in Oshkosh, WI to support government contracts.ResponsibilitiesInterpret, plan, and execute Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) requirements.Participate in vehicle system design reviews and influence design for maintainability.Analyze vehicle platforms using FMECA, RCM, and LORA.Provide technical assistance during design, prototype, pilot, and production phases.Recommend and assist in implementing condition‑based maintenance (CBM) solutions.Develop product lifecycle support plans and collaborate with design, supply chain, and subcontractor teams.Prepare and present technical reports to leadership and customers.Collaborate with aftermarket design, publication, and validation teams for technical manuals and databases.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or equivalent).3+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry.Experience in reliability & maintainability engineering.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with CAD modeling software and interpretation of engineering drawings.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Advanced mathematical and statistical background (stand‑out).Advanced technical writing skills.Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics.Experience with diesel and/or agricultural equipment repair and assembly (stand‑out).Computer programming familiarity, including VBA or similar.Experience with PTC products (Windchill, Creo).Working ConditionsPhysical demands: standing, walking, sitting, reaching, hearing, typing.Environmental demands: frequent work alone, task changes, tedious work.Work schedule: routine shift hours, infrequent overtime or weekends.Equal Opportunity EmploymentSGA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of Race, Color, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Religion, National Origin, Disability, Veteran Status, Age, Marital Status, Pregnancy, Genetic Information, or Other Legally Protected Status.
