Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly, skilled trade, technical, and operations-based positions across multiple sites or regions.
Partnering with regional and site leadership teams to understand workforce needs and align recruiting priorities with operational goals.
Designing and executing recruitment campaigns that resonate with local and regional talent pools, while coaching hiring managers on best practices.
Screening, evaluating, and coordinating the selection and offer process for complex or hard-to-fill roles to ensure timely and effective hiring outcomes.
Supporting and mentoring Recruiting Specialists by providing guidance on advanced sourcing, candidate assessment, and compliance with recruitment practices.
Standardizing recruiting practices across assigned sites/regions to ensure consistent processes, compliance, and candidate experience.
Collaborating with HR and site leadership to ensure a consistent and efficient onboarding process for new hires across multiple sites.
Leading the development of high-volume and advanced sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates in competitive labor markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development and 4-6 years relevant experience required; or equivalent combination
Professional Recruiter Certification (PRC) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
