Sr. React Developer

An Oil and Gas employer in the Downtown Houston area is looking to hire a Sr. React Developer to join their Environmental and Economic Planning Information Systems department. This person will be responsible for developing new software, upgrading, enhancing, and maintaining existing software that is by the business and the field engineering teams to make informed decisions regarding economic forecasting. This is a quick moving and constantly evolving environment, and this person will be required to be in consistent communication with cross-functional teams. This person must be comfortable working onsite 5 days/week in the downtown Houston area.
Based on knowledge and years of experience, this position offers an hourly pay rate of $55-70/hr.

Skills and Requirements
6+ years of experience as a software engineer
React design and architecture knowledge
5+ years of experience with React (React 18 preferred)
Expert knowledge in CSS and HTML
Strong experience with Typescript
Experience with Node.js and Express servers
Experience with Material UI, Reselect, Redux-Toolkit, AG-Grid, and Sci-Charts Server-side development (Node.js), Docker and Kubernetes experience
Comfort with modern git and GitHub workflows
Familiar with command line tools with Bash/ZSH (Linux or Mac) null
