We are currently seeking to add a **Sr. Project Manager** to our growing **Structural team** .
This job focuses on achieving results that support the organization's strategic goals, requiring initiative, competitive drive, and a strong focus on outcomes-even during times of change. The role demands innovation, timely decisions, practical solutions, and a sense of urgency while managing a variety of activities. Success depends on confidence to drive results, solve problems, inspire commitment, and communicate with poise. + Bridge and Transportation Structures
+ Construction Support for Contractors and Owners

+ Condition Evaluations
+ Tenant Improvement Designs
+ Seismic Evaluations
+ Structural Observation
+ Vulnerability Studies
+ Telecommunications
+ Vaults, Walls, and Tanks
+ Water/Wastewater Structures
**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:**
+ Manages multiple projects and sets priorities for staff and sub-consultants.
+ Develop new clients and participate in writing proposals.
+ Coordinate and manage client requests and needs.
+ Applies a comprehensive knowledge of structural engineering principles.
+ Serves as a technical advisor to other staff.
+ Review design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with PACE standards and policies.
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ Bachelor of Science - Civil Engineering
+ Masters in Structural a plus
+ Washington State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
+ Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
+ Ten or more years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
+ Concrete Design
+ Steel Design
